Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit dunelu.com or communicate with us, why we handle it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Dunelu is a brand of JPR Technologies LTDA (CNPJ 69.836.072/0001-70), a company established in Brazil (“Dunelu”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of personal data processed through dunelu.com. Contact: privacy@dunelu.com.
2. Data we handle
- Messages you send us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or contact us on social media, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. The contact form on this site only prepares a draft in your own email application; nothing is transmitted to us until you send that email.
- Project information. If you request a service such as Website Sprint, we handle the business details, content, brand materials and billing information needed to deliver and invoice the work.
- Technical data. Like any website, our infrastructure providers process technical data when you load a page — such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time — to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
- Analytics. We do not run a visitor analytics script on this website. Our delivery provider may retain operational and security logs.
We do not run user accounts on this website, do not sell personal data, and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it, and our legal bases
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, other data protection laws, we rely on:
- Pre-contractual steps and contract performance — to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the website secure and working, to understand aggregate usage and to improve our products and services, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligations — such as tax, accounting and corporate record keeping.
- Consent — where required, for example before sending optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We use service providers to run the business, who process data on our behalf under appropriate terms: email and productivity (Microsoft 365), website delivery and security (Cloudflare), website hosting, and payment or invoicing providers named in a project proposal. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers operate outside Brazil. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we do so in line with applicable law and use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a limited period; project and billing records are kept as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
7. Cookies
dunelu.com does not set advertising, profiling or non-essential cookies. Our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against automated abuse. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request confirmation that we process your data; access; correction; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. If other laws apply to you (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have similar rights. To exercise them, write to privacy@dunelu.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See Security & trust.
10. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
11. Other Dunelu products
Dunelu products such as QuoteSnap may process additional data and will have their own privacy information, which will be provided where the product is offered.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
