Services Terms
These terms apply to paid services provided by Dunelu, including Website Sprint. They work together with the written proposal you accept for each project.
1. Parties and documents
Services are provided by JPR Technologies LTDA (CNPJ 69.836.072/0001-70), Brazil, under the brand Dunelu (“Dunelu”), to the person or business that accepts a proposal (“Client”). A project consists of (a) the written proposal or order, which states scope, price, timeline and revision terms, and (b) these Services Terms. If they conflict, the accepted proposal prevails for that project.
2. Scope
Dunelu will deliver only the work described in the accepted proposal. Website Sprint covers the design and build of a business website, connection of the Client’s domain, and basic technical SEO as described on the Website Sprint page and in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once the Client accepts the quote.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are fixed one-time project prices stated in the proposal, in the currency stated there. Reference prices on our website are not binding. Payment schedule, accepted payment methods, taxes and any third-party costs (such as domain registration or paid fonts, stock media or plugins) are set out in the proposal or invoice. Dunelu may pause work on overdue amounts.
4. Client responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide content, brand assets, access and timely feedback reasonably needed to complete the work, and confirms that it has the right to use all materials it provides (including text, images, logos and trademarks). Delays in Client input may move the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions and acceptance
Each project includes the revision scope stated in the proposal. Further revisions or change requests beyond that scope are quoted separately. The Client will review deliverables promptly; deliverables are treated as accepted when the Client approves them, uses them in production, or does not report a material non-conformity with the agreed scope within the review period stated in the proposal.
6. Delivery, domain and hosting
Timelines in a proposal are good-faith estimates that depend on timely Client input. Domain names and hosting accounts remain the Client’s; Dunelu will ask for the access needed to connect the domain and launch the site and will use it only for that purpose. No monthly maintenance is required to keep a delivered website online; any optional ongoing support is agreed separately in writing.
7. Ownership and handoff
Upon full payment, the Client owns the custom website design and content created for the Client under the project, and Dunelu will hand over the site’s source files as described in the proposal. Dunelu keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, code, templates, know-how and general techniques, and grants the Client a non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences, which the Client must respect.
8. Portfolio and references
Dunelu will not publish the Client’s name, logo or project as a reference or portfolio item without the Client’s prior permission.
9. No outcome guarantees
Dunelu builds websites to technical best practice, but does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales or any other business result, which depend on factors outside our control.
10. Warranty and defects
Dunelu will make reasonable efforts to correct defects in the delivered work that are reported within the period stated in the proposal and that do not conform to the agreed scope. Except as stated in this section and to the extent permitted by law, deliverables are provided without other warranties.
11. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, work already performed up to the cancellation date remains payable. Nothing here limits rights the Client has under mandatory consumer-protection law.
12. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunelu’s total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and Dunelu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the Client.
