These terms govern your use of the dunelu.com website. Services have their own terms; Dunelu software products will have theirs.

The website dunelu.com is operated by JPR Technologies LTDA (CNPJ 69.836.072/0001-70), Brazil, under the brand Dunelu. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Using the website
You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens it, or using it to send unlawful or unsolicited material.
3. Information on this site
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of products and services, including prices shown for reference, are not binding offers; the terms of any project are those in the written proposal or agreement we send you.

The website, its design, text, graphics, the Dunelu name and logo, and the software that runs it belong to JPR Technologies LTDA or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify or reuse them except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Product and company names of third parties belong to their owners.

The website may link to third-party sites and services (for example social networks and WhatsApp). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Services and products
Paid services such as Website Sprint are governed by our Services Terms and the proposal you accept. Dunelu software products are governed by the terms presented with each product.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPR Technologies LTDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
